nice idea.... i always wanted the vices to be more active....

WHY???

Look at the anime and count the number of times captains are shown and the number of times lieutenants are shown....
Captains are like too boring... the life of the anime and the sim should be the vice captains.... wat say?? Idea

How come only caps have meetings but Lt's don't Sad or maybe we're 2 lazy 2 actually call a Lt's meeting Evil or Very Mad but I highly doubt we're lazy o.o or maybe just me
