Vizard Group Protocols

IMPORTANT:
Vizards are a close knit gang, a small group composed of mutually respected members.

Joining the Vizard

A member can only be initiated to the Vizard group if the following 3 criteria are met...

Member must be a Shinigami Captain (or espada with negotiation for RP plausibility)
Member must have been actively serving the sim, generating RP etc for some time (Vizard Leader discretion)
A Member can only be initiated into the Vizard group if all existing|active members agree by vote

Once a member is initiated, they enter the hollowified stage where they have little control over their hollow
abilities, often manifesting due to heightened emotion.

(( This rank is a 'prove yourself' position where members are given the opportunity to RP through the process
of hollowification and then must prove themselves with RP and combat to the other vizard, if they earn the mutual
respect of the Vizard, they will master their abilities and become a full member))

Once a member has learned to master their hollow abilities, they will command the same respect as the other Vizard
and be treated as one of the gang...

Miscellaneous info

Prolonged absences from RP or the sim will result in a 'letter of intent' being sent to the member, it may be that
their inclusion in the vizard can be negotiated or it may be that for the interests of the group image and rp
they go their separate ways.

Members are free to leave at any time by requesting a character death.

There is no fixed number of Vizard, (as in the manga, there are 8 by chance due to the shared event and 9 including Ichigo) but we emphasise that this is an elite group for serious RPers and will be close knit and small.

Note: Only the Vizard Leaders have invite and eject rights for the group.

The Vizard group is 'limited' in size, but not limited to the exact number 8. Why? Well we need to be small in number because we're theoretically stronger than everyone else (although we're all captain level once we're full Vizard) but there needn't be a fixed number of 8 members.

Remember, there's only 8 (not counting Ichigo) in the manga due to circumstance and chance, not because there are cosmic laws forbidding more.

If the higher ups want to impose a numerical limit on our numbers, I'll demand a stat boost for all of us Razz
